1. General Order Information
·         All orders must be confirmed by paying the indicated deposit amount.
·         All orders are placed at the client’s risk.
·         Duality Lifestyle reserves the right to accept or reject orders at its discretion.
·         Duality Lifestyle reserves the right to decide whether or not to process a client’s quote request.
·         Payment of the deposit confirms the client’s acceptance of all stated terms and conditions.
·         Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Product Selection and Client Responsibility
·         Clients must provide accurate links and confirm that item details (e.g., images, specifications) match those in the quote.
·         Duality Lifestyle does not search for or recommend products. Clients must engage directly with sellers for details or suitability.
·         Clients are responsible for verifying product details and suitability before placing an order with Duality Lifestyle.
·         Duality Lifestyle’s role is limited to purchasing and shipping items after the client’s deposit confirmation.
·         Duality Lifestyle is not responsible for discrepancies between product images and actual items.
·         We do not accept responsibility for incorrect product purchases, including size, color, or specification errors.
3. Customs Charges and Insurance
·         Insurance is available at 5% of the item value and covers replacement in case of loss during transit from the USA to Kenya.
·         Insurance is mandatory for goods valued at $200 or more and will be automatically applied for items from the USA to Kenya.
·         Insurance does not cover damages during transit.
·         Insurance is NOT available for shipments from the UK, UAE, or India. Items from these regions will not be replaced if lost during transit.
·         Additional Customs Charges: If there are any unexpected customs charges (e.g., from an intermediary country), clients will be notified and must pay these charges for the release and further facilitation of shipping by Duality Lifestyle.
4. Delivery and Shipping
·         The landed cost includes shipping to Duality Lifestyle’s Nairobi location. Delivery within Nairobi incurs an additional charge.
·         The remaining balance must be paid upon the goods’ arrival in Nairobi. No goods will be dispatched until the full balance is paid.
·         Duality Lifestyle ships only items that have been purchased through our service.
·         Delays Disclaimer: Duality Lifestyle is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, shipping carrier issues, or force majeure (unforeseen events like strikes, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable circumstances).
5. Storage and Disposal

• Undelivered goods incur a storage fee of Ksh. 200/- per day, starting five working days after the client has been informed of their arrival. 

• If goods remain uncollected for 10 working days after notification of arrival, they will be disposed of without further notice or reminders. The storage fee of Ksh. 200/- per day will apply for each of the 10 days.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty
·         Once an order is placed, no returns, refunds, or exchanges are possible.
·         Warranty is not applicable to any items, as Duality Lifestyle only facilitates shipping and is not the manufacturer.
·         Duality Lifestyle does not provide setup or technical support for any items.
7. Liability and Responsibility
·         Duality Lifestyle does not take responsibility for incorrect items and will not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
·         We are not responsible for the condition of goods upon arrival from the seller.
·         Duality Lifestyle does not assume responsibility for any recommended products, brands, or services.
8. Miscellaneous
·         It is the client’s responsibility to review and familiarize themselves with these terms and conditions.
·         Duality Lifestyle reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
