2. How does the process work?

• Send us a link to the item(s) you want to purchase.

• We provide you with the landed cost upfront (including shipping, taxes, and fees).

• Once you confirm and make payment, we purchase and ship your order.

• You receive updates along the way until your order arrives in Kenya.

You can order anything and everything—from everyday essentials to luxury brands. Some of the most popular categories include electronics & Apple products, beauty & hair care, branded designer bags & shoes, supplements & health products, and daily essentials. 4. Can I order from Amazon?

Yes! You can shop from Amazon and other international websites. We also have Amazon Prime, so you can take advantage of faster delivery and exclusive deals.

5. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the size, and value of your order. We provide an all-inclusive landed cost upfront before you place your order, so there are no surprises.

6. Do I need to pay customs duties?

All duties and taxes are included in the price we quote you. No hidden charges!

8. How long does shipping take?

• USA: 10-15 business days from departure

• UK: 5-10 business days from departure

• UAE: 10-15 business days from departure

• India: 15-20 business days from departure

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the product, customs, and shipping schedules. Duality Lifestyle is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, shipping carrier issues, or force majeure (unforeseen events like strikes, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable circumstances).

9. Do you have a physical store?

No, we operate online only. This allows us to offer competitive pricing and personalized service.

10. What happens if I don’t have my order delivered on time?

• Storage Fee: Undelivered goods will incur a storage fee of Ksh. 200/- per day, starting five working days after we inform you of their arrival.
   

• Disposal Policy: If goods remain uncollected for 10 working days after notification, they will be disposed of without further notice or reminders.
